Charmmie Park serves as the Branch Operations Associate at the Baird Durango branch, where she helps lead branch‑wide operations, marketing efforts, and client‑facing events. This role represents her first foray into the traditional finance industry, and she is currently preparing for the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.
Charmmie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and German from the University of California, Irvine, and studied Architectural History at the University of Edinburgh. She has completed executive education through Harvard Business School in Establishing Customer Trust, Building Diverse Teams, and Driving Innovation, and holds Google certifications in Project Management.
Her career reflects a consistent theme of ownership and leadership across diverse industries. In the technology and crypto sectors, Charmmie led complex workflows and strategic initiatives while supporting CEOs in chief‑of‑staff–level roles at organizations ranging from early‑stage startups to established companies such as Salesforce and Coinbase. She also founded and ran a high‑fashion sales agency, representing emerging designers at fashion weeks in New York, London, and Paris, and previously worked in galleries and museums in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Cologne, Germany. Her breadth of experience enables her to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and help create a seamless, thoughtful experience for clients and colleagues alike.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Charmmie relocated to Durango in 2025. She values the balance mountain living offers and spends her time outside of work with her husband, Eric, her stepchildren, Jake and Becca, and their dog, Jurgen.
