Marty began his career in financial services with Baird in May of 2024.
Marty, and his wife Suz, a personal trainer, have lived in Durango together since 2012. When not in the office, he is active in the local athletic scene, spending time completing marathons, playing golf, coaching functional fitness, and running local trails. Marty is also a voracious reader, baker of sourdough bread at home, and a crossword puzzle solver.
Marty became fully licensed in August of 2025.
Marty’s previous work includes midstream accounting for an international energy company, auditing and customer service in the hospitality industry, and as a physical therapy technician. In addition, Marty served in the US Navy from 2001 to 2005.
